Campaign: Letting our colleagues tell our story
Role: Lead copywriter
Some medical practices don’t understand, or don’t believe, just how much administrative work athenahealth can take on for them. The challenge for this campaign: how best to depict the significant amount and range of work we do at scale and at speed, while promoting our work reduction guarantee.
We decided to put the spotlight on the real employees taking on work. I interviewed colleagues representing remittance and image processing, claim resolution, quality management, performance management, clinical operations, and more. I condensed the half-hour interviews into friendly, easy-to-understand blurbs, and showcased them alongside compelling metrics and lists of the tasks athenahealth takes on for clients
The brochure below won a 2018 Silver Award for Direct Mail B2B Campaign from NEDMA, the New England Direct Marketing Association. I also wrote print ads, banner ads, and the landing page for the campaign.
